So I came back from quarantine a few weeks ago and we had a lot of changes. The old printer was replaced by the new Zebra printer and instead of bubble wrap, we got this kraft paper. This kraft paper is absolute hot garbage...won't protect anything. Is there a way to still order bubble wrap?

Supposedly (I don't believe a lick of it) the only person at my store who can order supplies is the Logistics ETL due to the system changes. They are even telling me our own STL can't order supplies. But, they have a track history of telling half truths and gorilla dust, so I'm not inclined to...

For some reason, the system will auto close pallets and force you to create new ones. This happens at my store at 6:30 PM PST. Any packages that were packed but NOT sorted before said time will give "Container manifested" error when trying to sort after that time. So an example using our time...

It doesn't call UPS or anything. Just a way to allow the customer to know exactly where their order is presently. They know it's been packed and handed to a carrier and they can use the provided tracking number to further track it through the carrier.

No, the vehicle is not tied up. Backroom uses the MOVE app while Flex Team uses the the ePick app. Both backroom and and flex could be using the same cart, however, this might change in the future. Right now, the MOVE app is pretty useless for doing pulls simply because there is currently no...

Carrier Pickup is for processing the pallets after you give them to your carrier (typically UPS). After you give them all your packages, you simply hit the Carrier Pickup button, select the carrier you gave your packages to and then scan the pallet ID barcode on those sheets of paper you've...

The "idea" behind the prep process is to have a person (not necessary the person who pulled the cart) to start "prepping" the cart. What that means is that they put anything that requires bagging, bubble wrapping. ect. Clothing put into the prep bags, liquids bagged and ziptied and chemicals in...

I use ESIM bags and zipties for all liquids. Our smaller ESIM bags are actually just as thin as the regular prep bags used for folded clothing, so I typically double up when I am packing those things...especially if I know the item is a hazard material. It'll make a difference if you give a...

Yeah. Subcart locations is silly. I had to label our vehicles and so I did it how I was instructed, but the entire time I was like this is just a waste because I myself and likely everyone else will solely use one single location for the entire cart. Makes doing pickups very annoying as well...

Thank you very much for the reply. I'll try and document these things better when they arise and shoot you some PM's about it. I usually just work through them because I assume Target wouldn't follow up on feedback. I'd really like to see Target make an effort to periodically hand out surveys...

Fair enough, here are some issues I've seen at my store with the new app. Remember, this app isn't even a month old. PATHING : - Pathing is way off. One example is the other day I was sent to A which for our store is up front near the checklanes. Then it sent me to F to our seasonal section...

This new ePick app is TERRIBLE. I have no idea what Target was thinking when they rolled this out. It's clear they didn't invest much testing into it. I would go back to Move in a heart beat because that was more manageable and less of a headache.

Archived Target, you're drunk. Go home! (SFS)

Well, I have had many softlines items show SIO, but they've all been fairly thin shirts not in their plastic. In fact, I don't recall a single softlines item I've seen come from the DC that I would be comfortable sending by itself. I ignore most of these box codes anyways...this day was just in...
