Sorry, sadly enough I can't find it on workbench. I had a paper copy, it was related to the new visit principles that PMBP's have access too. I had a paper copy, but i'm no longer at that location. Just need it for my review lol.
Silly question , what are the ten new pmt goals ? For the sake of me I can’t remember them , internal , lvm are two. But for some reason I can’t find the other 8 XD
Any other pmts remember ?
Thank you for all the support. It can be stressful. The nice thing is I have partnership with the DFM and STL of that store so hopefully if I get it the transition will be easy
I already told them yes. I have my interview soon. The DFM in my area knows me and wants me so does the STL at the store. So not worried about the interviews just worried about job security lol.
The hours are nice so would the lay increase. Since I'm already near maxed out as a team lead the pay would even be better. But the cuts concern me. But a nice change of pace would be great.
Currently I'm on the senior bench so I don't think they are trying to shaft me. But who knows. That's reason I'm concerned. With all the cuts this year.
It's a low volume store. Sales are decent. But not amazing low compared to mine. But they keep putting money in that store. A star bucks. Redid guest service. Also target owns that property vs mine is rented.
Short and sweet. I'm a hard lines team lead. They asked me if I wanted to become a SFT. I would love to. Just worried it won't be a job in a year or two. Any feed back? Should I? Yes the should is up to me. But it's a nerve wreaking decision .
Thank you in advance
Reason they keep talking to me about going ETL, but I honestly am so Meh about that. Working long hours, the pay does not even out. At least not in my book.
Well thank you Yepan, and honestly thank you for all the advice, and feed back. You sir rock. I wonder if you are a STL, either or. Thank you, and i'll tell you guys once I find out.
Oh, well it's not like i'm going to be upset or anything. I didn't come to the forums to get a pity party. All I did was ask for advice. Advice is nice, trying to seek to see if anyone else had a similar situation. My current Hr is trying to talk to the STL to approve it, at least she says she is.
