Say you're in charge of a store. You have the greatest TM ever working at said store. This TM is trained in every single TM position, and can do every position better than everyone else. What work center would you put them in?

The place is always a mess. Not enough people to work. Everyone is getting OT and exhausted. Execs are leaving and we've been missing key positions for months. Is there any hope? I think we've been doing fairly well in sales somehow.
