You all have been able to train other people on this? I've been trying to get my store to let me train a backup receiver for YEARS. The last time I took a week off it took me two weeks to get everything back to normal. I'm literally the only one in the store that knows the process 😐

Was it for an LPN you voided today? The data on greenfield only updates once a day at around 8am eastern. If so, check again tomorrow.

I know this, I primarily use it to reprint LPNs. I don't send out anything with missing stickers. Certainly easier with .com items that don't have a working UPC.

I created a card in greenfield with scannable LPNs because of this. Also my guest service team has a habit of using the LPN stickers to the "close" the boxes. That usually leads to torn labels.

Ok, my SD makes me sweep every day we usually have four trucks a week and are only scheduled for one sweep a week. She must love getting nastygrams from the RPC lol

Just out of curiosity, do some people not start a sweep in revlog when they start loading? That way I can add to it throughout the day without writing stuff down or making copies of the CRC/salvage LPNs to scan later like my old reciever?

I'll be doing the same. Evidently they're giving my store 8 extra receiving hours to execute it.

This. There's an annoying glitch where if you hit "Item not found" it'll start looping you back to that location until you exit the batch and re-enter it. That bug has been there for  years and It's never been fixed.

Tried to tell my vendors the same. Word somehow got to the SD and she ended up chewing my ass out for it. Okay then bitch, you can come back to process the credits in march and listen to all the vendors whine about it then :rolleyes:

Fuckin RIP My pepsi delivery driver was ultra salty this morning. He was already running late because he had to run the air force base and I had to audit basically the biggest order they sent this year. Not to mention the conga line of vendors that formed behind him. Today was fun 🙃

Yeah, my store probably filled up about 20% of the gaylord. That was after AP caught some people helping themselves to them. A bust for sure.

Slight necro, had a group level director roll through to look at our Revlog processes not too long ago. She told told us that the stickers have to go on the item itself and not the bag. The exception being for leaky ESIM, the items should be double bagged and the sticker goes on the inner bag.

My ETL alluded to some changes to the reciever position that was mentioned in a district meeting. If I have to start doing fulfillment again I think I will just leave. I put in four years in FF and I will not do it again outside of a batch here or there.

Yep. I refused a beer vendor the other day because he brought in a bunch of stuff we didn't need. The driver didn't have a credit on the next delivery so the whole order was refused. If you don't put your foot down with some vendors they will walk all over you. Still relatively new to the role...
