No way in hell I'm quitting, my store is amazing. Terrible advice in general to give to a group of people as you have no idea what their store culture is like. Just because yours was terrible several years ago, doesn't mean it's still the same, or the same for everyone on this forum.

Our day team still does smart huddles as needed. We're a pretty well run store, so not needed very often, but shit happens sometimes.

FWIW, our team ditched the pegs and put up shelves for the merchpro'd razor blades. Haven't heard any complaints from our team pushing the area.

Device, we've always printed the POG to get peg locations. I'll check out RunForACallBox's comment next time I'm in. I haven't set a POG in forever, since remodel, but this will help us double check sets that we're having issues pushing because of spacing.
