    1. Why is your AP channel on 4? Ap walkies are actually easier to get right now than regular walkies. 2. Your leaders should not be utilizing the “AP channel” in this manner. Those cameras are not there to watch TM performance.

    Differentials are anywhere from $.50-$2.00 after midnight but the majority of stores are at only $.50. And this is paid separately as literally $.50/hr so it’s not much at all. You won’t notice it.

    I haven’t had my review yet but a lot of my peers aren’t too happy with their raises and many TM’s are also unhappy with theirs. HQ either needs to share some of these ridiculous profits with their store teams through merit increases or give us the payroll to take on these larger sales and workload

    I quit my store on a good note (i think) due to personal reasons and got a new job at another retailer but i’ve missed target just not some of my leadership... so i applied at the next closest store.. the ETL HR there used to be my ETL though and we had a good relationship so i guess we’ll see...

    Store director and HR sit in SD’s office all day and do non target related things all damn day and don’t support the team or even speak to the team so with that... around 25 TM’s have quit in my store in the last 2 months including my ETL GM & Food..
