I’m wondering if Closing TL will lose their mytime-editing and ordering power under this new model.. if they are reporting to ETL S&E its possible

In my store below 40mil we currently have GM/Food, S&E, and HR but that’s it.

Is the Merchandise Ops ETL the new term for S&E or GM ETL or is it a mixture of many of the roles. I’m trying to understand if my low volume will gain an ETL or if ones title will just get renamed. Also who reports to the merchandise ops ETL?

Differentials are anywhere from $.50-$2.00 after midnight but the majority of stores are at only $.50. And this is paid separately as literally $.50/hr so it’s not much at all. You won’t notice it.

I haven’t had my review yet but a lot of my peers aren’t too happy with their raises and many TM’s are also unhappy with theirs. HQ either needs to share some of these ridiculous profits with their store teams through merit increases or give us the payroll to take on these larger sales and workload

I would assume the pay range for TM is now $15-$19 and TL would be $19-$24.. just a guess though

When you resign from Target but get rehired at a later date, do you get to keep your previous TM number or do you get a new one?

I quit my store on a good note (i think) due to personal reasons and got a new job at another retailer but i’ve missed target just not some of my leadership... so i applied at the next closest store.. the ETL HR there used to be my ETL though and we had a good relationship so i guess we’ll see...

Couldn’t find a thread on this but correct me if there is one, has anyone been rehired at spot within 60 days of termination at another location? Or is spot pretty true to this 60 day rehire policy?

Yeah some of my TL’s are pissed about that. And i don’t blame them. Why should an extremely seasoned TL have to ask a fresh naive ETL to order something for them.. i don’t agree with it. Wanting TL’s to act as ETL’s with modernization essentially but taking away more tools they have access to...

Store director and HR sit in SD’s office all day and do non target related things all damn day and don’t support the team or even speak to the team so with that... around 25 TM’s have quit in my store in the last 2 months including my ETL GM & Food..
