So we had a drop today supposedly new Stanley quencher at Starbucks. I go in at 4am and we had 2 people waiting at the door and 10 at 8. WTF

The clearly used and smelly stuff should be defected out at guest service and should not go to style to be put back on the floor. We dealt with that for awhile but not very often anymore. Nip that shit in the bud!

Wow! I am stunned your leaders would take that truck. I would have a big problem with respect after this and having to work with people that don’t have my back. I am going into my 13 year and would go above and beyond but this is ridiculous imho.

No we unload at 4 and than truck team wave pushes most of gm side. No bowling. Those were the days. I miss them lol

I’ve been with Target almost 13 years. I do not need the benefits. I average 30 hrs a week. I have found over the years and many leaders if you do your job to the best of your ability you will be good. I will say I love hearing about the drama but am never part of the drama. I left and came back...

We did. The breakout is done by team members that report to style tl but they do not own an area. If breakout is done before their shift is over they help out with style push.

I am a dbo in style. I push and backstock my area as all of style does. Truck team wave pushes and the same 2 tms from the truck team do the backstock. Grocery and p fresh does their own thing.

Today’s truck could not be filled. Tomorrow’s is 2600. My store did end the year comping up but only 1.4%

That makes sense. I’ll see if we’re comping up or not.

Who knows. I asked the unload tl and he was told couldn’t fill. Three times in 2 weeks. Very unusual. We have not had any doubles to make up cancelled trucks. We shall see.

Another week, another Friday truck not sent because dc couldn’t fill. I feel we will be screwed at some point in time.

So TWICE this week the DC did not send trucks because they could not fill them. Tomorrow’s truck is 1260. In my 13 years I believe that is a first and I couldn’t be happier! We all are. We shall enjoy this while it lasts. We are a 60 65 million store.

Another truck update! We are not taking a Sunday truck this weekend. I don’t know wtf is going on and I don’t think leadership does either.

Too far to walk up front. I prefer the freezer to cool down and scream at the same time. Sometimes I bring a friend.

So update to my earlier post. Clearly my info was wrong, from the unload tl, or he didn’t want to tell the truth. We are taking a Sunday truck going forward supposedly so we don’t have to take doubles. I’ll believe it when I see it. The past 2 weeks we took Sunday trucks and a double each week...

Our truck schedule is everyday except Sunday. However we were taking 8 to 9 trucks each week thru 4th quarter. We cancelled some of those trucks and fell in the hole 6 trucks. Starting last Sunday we are taking a truck each Sunday till we catch up. It blows but this was the solution someone came...
