Can AP ask anyone for a merchandise receipt?

It depends a lot on why the cops are asking for your ID. Is it because you are IPOC and work in a #ffffff neighborhood? And they do it twice a week because the Karen's keep complaining about you? I'd get a bit confrontational too.

If they are like me they and can't hold onto number for more than 2 seconds because the slightest distraction will make them pop right out of our head, and what is a store set up to do but provide constant distractions, then it is really easy for that to happen.

Most of my ink is in memory of people I have lost. It is a way of creating a living memorial to them. It is very much art. Oscar Wilde said, "There is nothing art can't express. One should either be a work of art, or wear a work of art." Those of us with ink wear our art.

An extreme case of bathroom rage from a guest

You're right. "Throwing down" just makes everything worse and if they had severely hurt the guy then the cops would have had to arrest both people. And it could go the other way as well. No matter how good you are at martial arts it is possible for the other guy to either be an damage sponge so...

When I worked at Borders they used to ask all the time if we took B&N's card. People I know at B&N said customers asked if they took Borders Rewards cards so I guess it was only fair.

I'm letting you walk this time. The rule for the forum is you can call someone's opinion bad but you don't insult the individual. I'm a mod so calling you on this is a teaching moment. Don't do it to anyone else.

So looking at the peer reviewed papers, it looks like: From the abstract- Studies examining caffeine's effects on cognitive, psychomotor, and affective functioning of children with ADHD were reviewed. For children with ADHD, caffeine was more effective than no treatment in decreasing...

Hell, cocaine did wonders for my AD/HD only I didn't know it at the time. It's always fun having undiagnosed brain stuff. Wasn't good for the anxiety issues though or for the epilepsy. Caffeine works but only mildly. I need a lot of it to have any effect.

It's not what one scientist or another says. It's what the preponderance of scientists say, and I mean the ones who are experts in their field, not a geologist talking about virology. Also keep in mind that science is not static, it changes as new and better information comes in. That was the...

I wasn't bribed. I am of the generation that got the first small pox vaccine (have the divot in my arm to prove it) and actually knew someone who had polio. I got vaccinated the minute I could. The only reason they are trying to bribe people is because the situation has become politicized and...

Anti-vaxxers are why thousands more people will die from Covid-19 and we will take so much longer to get back to something like normal. Fuck them for keeping us from having concerts and movies. I'm so over putting up with their bullshit.
