    As of a couple of days ago we still had lot. I have noticed it is selling out but a lot of it is going to OPUs which makes the pulls really high. I noticed our store has someone pull them and then they sit in three-tiers for days on end.

    As of now my store has 11 open shifts this week all Front of Store except 1 Fullfillment. I wonder how many Style, GM, etc. there are too.

    So if you started at the beginning of the benefit year you might have to wait almost a whole year to get any PTO?.

    "If you aren't earning vacation, you may not have had enough average hours when it was calculated in January 2023." So if you worked less than 20 hours a week in 2022 you would get NO PTO. However if you average 35 hours a week in 2023 you still would not accrue PTO until January 2024?

    It's possibly they have hit their Annual Accrual or Maximum Accrual. I don't believe that they have been getting it all. If you don't hit the minimum of 20 hours a week do you even accrue it or is it just the average?

    I believe it depends on what department and store you work. I also believe the smaller the department the bigger the deal it might be.

    Minimum of 3 hours on the clock before open or after close. That's some real BS.

    I believe if it is before 5:30 it is only the HOURS BEFORE that time not the whole shift. Also overnight might only still be a $1 as opposed to a flat percentage.
