    I believe you can still use the feature even after your shift start time. Maybe 2 hours. But it will show you used the app well after and if your store cares about attendance i’m sure there will be a documented followup conversation

    If you get paid 10/21, your bonus has a payout date of 10/09. If you get paid 10/28, your bonus has a payout date of 10/15. It’s the saturday of the first week of the pay period. To be on that check, it would have to be “paid out” before the check arrival date.

    The wage change on 9/11 was most likely a base change. If it showed a 0% increase, the base pay went up for your paygrade in your store but your current pay is already above that so it was unafffected

    You’re only getting 7 minutes added for perimeter checks? That’s definitely not right considering a pml or any leader honestly can submit 15 minutes just for taking a phone call at home

    Honestly in some scenarios i can see why the closing lead would feel that higher pay is necessary but i feel like that’s only in stores where they’re just cleaning up after everyone else or the overall idea of being in charge of the whole store by themselves for a decent portion of their time...
