I asked this in the chatbox but I missed the answer. What is 12 step? I saw it pertaining to softlines something or other

Sure that's all of them and think 9 is right. These are the "steps"... Just might not be in the right order

How do you do item merge? I mean, is there a report on which locations needed to be merge? I usually just look into zebra.
