Hey this question goes out to all the TL key carriers... Do you all go for a new interview when you all gain access or even have to interview at all?

Are you part of the new store ops pilot? If so then no. If you are not then key usually comes with a promotion to Senior and does require an interview. Only exception I can think of is if you switch to replenishment TL and get a key to open. Then you would not. Just comes with the new position.

I’m not a TL.. I’ve just been seeing a lot of team leaders recently getting the title added to their names.. that’s why I posted the thread.

I want to be a PA Key Carrier so I don't get bitched at by the ETL Log when I buzz the door. What am I supposed to do to let you know I'm at the door to get in? Wait until 8am? If it annoys you to hear the buzzer then how about giving me keys!
