Hello all, anyone get any news yet? Most of us have read the old mega thread but maybe we can get fresh updated info. I have heard rumors that the new org charts are out, anyone have one?
 
Heard the Stl /Dtl have info already was hoping to hear something. Recently told at ST likely produce TL and meatTL combine again at some volumes. Definitely heard the 70m cutoff sticking with org chart. ST Food leadership cutoff somewhere around 15-16 M (food sales only).

Anyone else with info

There will be elevated position in Food, Home, Beauty and Electronics. They will have more responsibility then a team member but not as much as a lead. They will paid more then a team member. There is anothe pay lift his summer and these changes will be reflected then.

For the GSA position all cashiers should be at the level of a GSA. If not they shouldn’t be at Target. Post rollout the GSA will only be by themselves the first 3 hours and the last 3 hours of the day max. All other times the ETL and/or TL will be there

Oh hell, we are about to lose some cashiers then. And I'd probably have that electronics position if I didn't have a limited availability since I've already been doing it for years.

Being in a pilot store, this totally makes sense if it's true. Electronics is basically doing (now former) TL level taskwork but without the leadership aspect of the job.

Given I'm playing Electronics Team Lead for my store because there's only our SS Leader and managing 3 departments seems like hell lol.

This literally has already happened at my store since the summer basically lol. The only difference is the pay part but everything else said has already been going on. We are in no way a test store either lol

Well then...I can already see the amount of money we’d be losing because there are just some cashiers that shouldn’t be trained for guest service. Scammers will have a field day.

So basically going back to specialist roles?Run the department but no leadership.Recovery TL was brought back with a new name and now Specialists will be back with a new name. There was also 1 Casher TL and 3 cashier leaders. I don't recall what we were actually called back then
If everything old is new again within the year the focus will be entirely on the guest again. Hopefully with a much better catch phrase. Whoever came up with "Can I Help You Find Something" hopefully was promoted to guest.

MORE ROLES THAN A TEAM MEMBER BUT LESS THAN A TEAM LEADER, THEN MY PAY SHOULD BE IN BETWEEN THE TWO.
