Been looking for a while, and have had offers on the table for a bit now.
After my STl and etl made a failed attempt to write me up today (lolno. Couldn't provide me with and lead up docs) I accepted an offer tonight and will be putting notice in.
It makes me sad that two poor leaders can change a culture so drastically, and it hurts me to leave my teams to what will be almost certain chaos, but you hit a point where you have to do you, so to speak. This site has been awesome and I will hopefully still be able to contribute on some things, but just not as much as before.
Did I mention 3 other key carriers are also leaving at the same time? Good luck going into 4th quarter with 1 team lead and 2 etls in your entire building. #feelsgoodman
