We do. Random days are fine, but a week for a TL would be a no.

Thanksgiving week through Cyber Monday is the busiest or 2nd busiest week of the year for Target.

You might have luck getting off Tuesday, 11/28 through Saturday, 12/2. But definitely ask now.

My old etl HR started gathering holiday dates off in July last year.

I am with yetive a regular team member may get away with that but not a team lead. You are hired with the expectation you will deliver results in q4. That's where we make our money.

If it's any solace at least your position pays good lol
