Archived All of my coworkers are ASTs except for me?

the starbucks at my target is brand new and me and all of my coworkers are in the process of training. i found out today that all of my coworkers are getting certified to be ASTs except for me?? does anyone know why this could be?

i turn 17 in 2 weeks so i'm not sure if it's an age thing, but one of my coworkers turned 17 2 months ago. i'm just scared i won't get any hours because of this. sorry if this sounds like a dumb question!

Just ask at your store. Everyone isn't required to be AST trained. Does your availability match with the training?
