And they wonder why everyone is behind in their areas and reshop is a warzone

How many hours at they scheduling the new hires?

Also Target thinks it's $15 is so much higher than anyone else in the area.

I noticed my local Kroger just bumped their starting wage to $15.
$15 is the starting wage for literally every job in our area, including fast food and mom and pop type stores. Offering full time hours and/or set schedules and a shorter time to receiving benefits would be a better way to get people in the door and staying past "training".
