Archived Any ULV stores start having POG team set all endcaps, tables, and VAs?

Hey all

I was just told today that I would be moving back to softlines, as the SR TL there is taking a good job at a bank. Right now I am running the front half of hardlines.

Also was told that the POG team would responsible for setting all endcaps, tables, and VAs, Just wondering if any other stores have started this. I knew this was coming, I just did not know when.

I just left an ulv and pog is still only setting pogs, not even spls.

The funny thing is that salesfloor tl's like this, but come ae 15 my guess is they will almost all be eliminated.

My store is C volume (which I guess is ULV), and the POG team sets all planograms, revisions, salesplanners, tables, and VAs. It's a definite challenge! (Especially when you don't have enough people trained for really heavy workload weeks).

My POG team sets pretty much everything these days except front lanes, where we set our own endcap salesplanners. D-volume p-fresh.
