Hey I was initially offered APS. However I was just asked about being an APL. I know that APL’s work alone and don’t have a team because of this I’m a little on the fence about it. Anyone has any experience with being APL.

APL and APS paygrades are the game.

I would take APL just for longevity. APSs under a lot of pressure right now.

Go for APS! All you have to do is close external cases. No driving safety, shortage culture. No crowd management planning. No leadership BS whatsoever. Punch in, and catch the thieves. Not to say you can't participate in those things, just that closing external cases is the main priority, everything else is second or third.
