At what time in your shift do you flag for meal compliance

I wanted to work in my day when does it flag.

Meal compliance. The two words are nauseating. Unfortunately the corporate drones have to do it or nothing would get done. But still. Elementary school stuff.

Blame Walmart. They were sued for not allowing their employees timely breaks. Would it be better for the same to happen at Target?

Depends on your state. Some require meals before the fifth hour, some the sixth. Some no requirement - check with HR.

it depends on ur state i think. in mine, u hit compliance at five hours, like they said some can be at six. in my store the leaders always remind the salesfloor TMs when they need to take their meal and the front end leads tell us when to go
