I’m so sorry, what did you do to deserve that? Lol “if you have gnats and you know it clap your hands!” Be nice to your PMT because the half decent ones walk it everyday and will be working there every other day.

Identify your strong TMs and gain their trust and respect. You will learn a lot from them but it doesn't mean they can do whatever they want. If you plan to change how things are done. Expect a lot of pushback. But at the same time, take the time to listen to what they have to say. Good luck!
