Anyone else being told they have to work Sunday the 23rd because you're only working 4 days that week?

not a TL, but I’m pretty sure all the TLs in my store got stuck working that Sunday and Saturday before Christmas even if it isn’t their weekend. i definitely know all the GSTLs did and I was told by a few Hardlines TLs that they’d also be around that entire weekend.

It’s all hands on deck that weekend so all leaders have to work.

Indeed, it's definitely an all work weekend. I know closing leads are only supposed to work M-F, but regular leaders also have to work holiday all-work weekends during the year even if it's their scheduled weekend off.

TLs didnt have to work that weekend in our store if it was their normal weekend off.
I actually scheduled myself on Saturday and my ETL took me off before it was posted and texted me saying I wasn't working and to enjoy my weekend off.

Now, all the ETLs are working that weekend but not TLs.
I really don't like my STL but hes big on family and work life balance so he doesn't like schedules to be messed with if at all possible.
