Is there a number we can call to complain to corporate and not the team member services number, that's just useless. I want to talk to someone at corporate!!

What kind of complaint are you trying to register?

The management at this particular store disrespects their employees on a daily basis, inexperienced, they do not know how to schedule, I do believe they are banking hours to benefit themselves. I have exactly 15 hours next week! I have worked for this company for nearly 6 years and I have never gotten less than 30 hours. I have been a team lead before then left but came back and I am now the entertainment brand team member (aka mmb specialist), which I've done for almost 3 years now. Management talks to me like I'm stupid when I probably know more than they do! I've called and emailed team member services but I do think it's pointless. I want to physically talk to someone at corporate, possibly in HR.

Just find a better job, because the power has been shifted over to management with this economy and you have a bunch of nitwits who don't mind taking advantage of that. It's like dilbert, except more depressingly true.

Keep yourself anonymous. Naming yourself has the posisbility of coming back and hurt you.

It sounds like your store had poor sales last year. You can contact your dtl at your district office too.

yea, I honestly don't think the DTL cares either. If they did I would think the management would've been gone by now. This store is the butt of everyone's joke in this district, lol

I would use allot of caution about stiring up trouble at Target, usually doesn't turn out well. Your situation really sounds like standard Target management to me sorry to say.

Yep, just keep smiling and say "awesome" a lot... that is all that really matters now!

Not to downplay the problems you are having and I'm sure there are some people at corporate who might care a tiny bit but ...
like others have pointed it sounds like your store suffers from many of the problems that Target faces in general (for all of you who want to say "not at my store", I'll grant you that.)
Not all stores have the same problems or are terrible in general but if you've been reading this board long enough you know what I'm talking about.
Do be careful, as my wife's bubbeh likes to say the one that stirs the drek always gets it on them.

I agree with this... Our DTL comes in quite often and is very friendly and caring to our TM's not just the management. If you have any issues, just email them. Try to find out their name and send them a detailed email about what has been going on.
