So I will be having a development session with two ETLs this week in being a TL in the future and any tips/advice/questions to ask or what to expect would be super appreciated.

I definitely want to move up as I believe I can offer more than just pushing and backstocking.

Well, there was a sign-up sheet where overnight ETLs talk to you in private on how to take the next step to being a TL and what to expect. Basically an information session and to gauge where you are in your development.
