Anyone here wear the 5% red-card tag along with there name tag?

I've started to see it on all my fellow TMs at work, the first time i saw it i was like hey i want that... but then i noticed it on everyone where then i realized i do not want it. I've started to work less where they can't really yell at me. Don't have it, won't wear it

Only reason I wear my nametag is because I'm sales floor. I'll tuck my nametag in my pocket if we're dead but the instant we get a rush it goes back on. I don't wear any Target branded shirts either, just a red polo and khakis.
