It is suggested to talk your stl or etlhr, first. Calling or emailing the hotline can come back to get you. Have all events documented.

They maybe checking your events without telling you. I assume that you have document all events without heresay & ready to go to the next level?

As a FYI, when you contact the Integrity hotline, the 1st thing they do is notify your store that there is an issue. If your ETL-HR/SRHRTL has half a brain cell, they can guess who it was that made the call/sent the email as the hotline individuals give details of the complaint. For this reason, best to try to work it out. If they won't listen, I say transfer to another store.
