Archived Does it say Brand TM on your eHR paycheck?

So awhile back, I was a specialist and than brand TM. But when I look at my paycheck at hr kiosk, it only say electronic tm. Does that mean I'm not a brand tm any more?

technically, electronics brand tm doesn't exist. neither do other brand team members. individual stores can make any tm they want a brand tm and give'em a quarter (or not take away their $$$ to do the same job without benefits). our store has sl brand, electronics brand, cosmetics brand, market brand, receiving brand. our neighbor store has receiving and thats it. the other store has around 10 or so. our electronics tm went through this when she saw it wasnt on her check as well. hr says thats because shes a tm like everyone else, and brand tm are for pay purposes, not title purposes.

And of course because you are "only" a team member, they can cut your hours down to four a week anytime they want!

Unless something has changed very recently there very much are such postions as "merchandise brand team member (jewelry, shoes, cosmetics)" and it shows up as pay grade 5 on the org chart.

It's been a while since I looked up the AE pay grade charts but all of the brand team members were still listed on last check. Signing is not listed as "brand" team member it is only listed as "Signing Team Member" and is pay grade 9, one of the few positions to not lose pay grades when they took away the specialist title.

There really is not a whole lot of difference between pay grade 3 and 5, potato/potatoe.
