I'm a seasonal hire for softlines, outside of my department I've only ever worked cash/guest services. A few days before Christmas they have me scheduled in electronics all day. I have never received any training for this and I really don't want to hold the team back because I don't know what to do(especially because I know it'll be extremely busy). Can anyone give me rundown of the ins and outs of electronics. I just need to know enough to help my team rather than make them do more work!
