does anyone know how to send the CDs with ceramic mugs/shirts?

If you're talking about shirts and mugs separately, they should not be sent back (even though the PDA will prompt to send them back)!

If you are talking about them bundled together, than I'd say you should be able to simply add them to the carton as you would any movie with an accessory included (e.g., those Minion blu-rays with Minion glasses included in the packaging).

All <word> shop items--the merchandise set along the back wall of entertainment presently--don't get sent back on their own despite having the same department numbers as CDs/movies.

Yes, the mugs and shirts. Every time we have a scan, it tells me something's in there but won't take it. It's been there for like a year or two so I'm wondering if there's a way to send it

I had flexed a few cups out & someone brought 1 or 2 mugs. Success of flexing

I've had childrens CDs that want to be sent back but never add to the carton. Usually flexing them out sells them off in a space where they will be seen
