I’m currently negotiating on pay for flow tl. The Store Tl offered a final $18 an hour is that too low or common?

Depends on the area 18 is like senior tl pay here

Depends on minimum- I would say no if you were my area.

I’d say $4 over base and another $1 for key.

I think it's reasonable if this is truly the first time you've been in a Leadership position. If you've been a Leader, Manager, Supervisor in another company, and have a shit-ton of experience in the same field.... then you have room to negotiate.

Hell, I'd take it.

I thought $15/hr was Team Leader pay here..

I received a $3.00 raise plus an additional $1.00 for being a key carrier. I went from like $12.80 an hour to $16.80. Oh, I also hate my life now.

That's more than me and I'm a SrTL

That's probably more than you should be offered unless you were already on the high end pay for TM and or if you work in a higher wage area.
