Giving up a shift but not wanting to pick one up

If I want to give up a shift but not pick one up am I able to do it on the app ?

You can put your shift up on the app but you are responsible for the shift until someone takes it

Sort of.

If you're seasonal, they're going to decide in the next two weeks whether or not they want to keep you on. If the last thing they remember about you is that you call off, they're going to use that info to decide whether or not they want to keep you.

If you're not seasonal, yes, at some point you'll get written up and if you keep on calling off you will eventually get fired. It might not be the first time or the tenth time, but eventually someone will get tired of you calling off and you'll be gone.

I have called out a few times due to the fact my son was sick really really bad and I just don't want them to fired me cuz I might need to call out again since he's sick again badly
