Now that the GSA differential was taken away.. I am curious to know how much the GSAs make now?

Also if you’re a GSA who promoted to TL.. how big was your raise? If you self demoted or got demoted.. what was your paycut?

And of course how long have you been with the company/been a GSA for?

Am pondering self-demoting. There's nowhere for me to promote in the store, so I don't see why I should put myself through the hell that is my ETL-GE/S&E Leader the stress. It shouldn't affect my pay. I have been with Target for two years; a GSA/SEA (I'm in a pilot store) for one.

By no differential, do you mean they get the same exact pay as a cashier? From my understanding if I decided to move to GSA (which seems almost certain), I’d keep my Electronics differential. Of course when we first had preliminary conversations about this like 4-5 months ago the number “$14” was thrown out there. So I guess my two questions are:

Are GSAs getting $12, and no Specialist/Expert bump at all?
Was it ever $14?

I bet a nickel the answer to the last question is NO.

Unfortunately GSA’s now get paid the minimum wage that is current in your state.

If you’ve been with spot for many years and earned a couple dollars in the process they’ll be eaten by the new minimum wage increases.

However, if you demote.... Say went from a higher lying grade Electronics>Cashier or something like that, we don’t ever take away pay. You’ll keep your same wage in your old position. But once minimum does go up you’ll eventually be making the same as your team.

GSAs get $12 now in my state with no differential. Earning the same as a new cashier I would offer unfortunately.
