Archived GSTL's and GSA's breaking during busy lunch period.

Not sure if this happens in most stores, wondering why during the busy lunch rush the GSTL's/GSA's are at lunch?? To me it would make sense to have management available during this time.

Because we have a full page (or several pages in my case) of front end TM's on a daily break schedule, and ours are scheduled into a time frame's just like everybody else.

As a high volume store, the thought that the front end break schedule could only take up one page is mind boggling. I remember during fourth quarter when our break schedule was usually 3-5 pages long.
