Hello,
HR TM here, been in job for well over a year now, prior to that I was Sales Floor, cross trained pretty much everywhere in the store (including Cafe.) I think that knowing the basic duties of all the work centers makes me better at being HR in many ways. Hoping for a TL position soon, as I've been on the bench, but we all know how that process can take awhile. I look forward to talking shop with you guys on here!
