Hi.
Just found this board and I'm so happy to see all the info.
I've worked at Target for seven months now as a seasonal to permanent hire in soft lines flow. I like the job and my coworkers are great.
We just got reviews and I was told mine had to have low marks because I have not been there long enough to get high marks even though they like my performance. Not sure if that is common but I don't want to tick my supervisor off by disagreeing.
In any case just wanted to jump in and say hi.
