That’s 75 cents more than I get, and I’ve been busting my butt training everyone long enough I could have a degree in Target by now.

We hired about 70 or so for my store last season but none were for flow. We kept rolling truck after truck. Finally in the middle of January the powers that be finally said "you guys could use some help" and hired like 5 people for flow - none of which are here now.

Tis the season team trainers can come in to two or three trainees for a shift when they want to onboard as many people as possible before things really get nuts and training becomes nearly impossible.

Gawd how is it already time to start hiring seasonal again? The last of the the bottom barrel scrapings we hired last Q4 just put in his two weeks (dunno why we kept him this long... desperation, I guess), now we get too look forward to a whole new crop of idiots.

Ha, two or three is nothing, at one point during our remodel I had 8 TMs I was "training".
