Archived Hours after Return from LOA

hi everyone,

I recently went on an loa for about 2 months for personal reasons. I thought everything was fine and I was in good standing when I left but when I came back my ETL-HR only scheduled me for 18 hours my first 2 weeks back. Before my LOA I was working in multiple workcenters (flow, softlines, beauty and cashier) and getting 35–40 hours a week. Can they do that? I thought I would get more hours. Or are hours just low right now?

Hours are lower than ever. They may pickup in June.
