During holidays can you
still use ur vacation or personal hrs . If you scheduled below ur average hrs . Just wondering if I decided not to pick up shifts.

Yes, using those hours will only bring you up to your average. So if you’re scheduled 27hrs and your average is 33hrs, it’ll bring you up to 33hrs.
