Any body out there know if signing specialist is supposed to have set or certain number of hours?

It's best to just have one thread to keep from splitting up your responses.
Signing used to get a set number of hours each week but I wouldn't be surprised if that has changed with the end to end process.

It is supposed to be 28hrs/wk but it can vary based on store needs. My store is not fully e2e yet and I will be on maternity leave soon so I am not sure how e2e will actually affect me yet. I have been told I will still have my signing hours and then the rest of my hours will go to the dept I am placed in.

Can you find the place where it says this officially?

I get 8 hours per week. I do the bare minimum of what I need to do because that's what my STL and ETL want. I'm cross trained everywhere else so I don't care.

There is no set number of hours for the signing TM. It varies based on workload/store.

Spot on my old store was a AA volume and she got 40 hours every week. Store before that it varied.

It's not a position with a contractual guarantee number of hours like team lead, PMT

I'm a signing TM, unofficially a signing lead and I get one shift per week. Every Saturday.

There's info on workbench or Redwire about the new scheduling responsibilities...a link led me to a rollout guide or something with each tm type and what the hours were based of or how many if static. Signing is 28, ad prep/ setup is fluid but under signing.

Eta: Redwire was the memo, updated scheduling roles and responsibilities the title. Mytime forecasting and scheduling cheat sheet is the workbench page you need to show 28hrs steady.
This was right as E2E was starting... hasn't changed for me yet though.
