Archived How are avg hours calculated ?

Do they start calculating each year or is it carrying over from year to year ? Just wondering, mine never seems to move even with the reduced hours.

I think they are updated quarterly.

It’s a rolling 12 month period. So your average this week is every minute that you’ve worked the last 52 weeks and divided by 52. Next week will add a week to the front and drop a week off the back.

For benefits they take the average for the fiscal year I believe. So first week of February until the last week of January.
