Archived How long until I hear back from Target?

I had my first interview Friday and the guy who interviewed me said I should hear something back within a couple days. I still haven't heard anything back or received an email. Does that mean I have a 2nd interview soon? I heard they reject you with an email within 2 days and I haven't received one.

Typically if they don't do second 2nd interview on the spot means they aren't interested but don't give up hope yet as the ETL might have not been in to do a second or extremely busy. Doesn't hurt to follow up with a call to the HR.
