The BIS class would probably be more beneficial with regard to your major. That being said, if it's early on in your studies, the information there may be irrelevant by the time you graduate or too specialized to be useful when interviewing, etc. The health class would be more interesting on a personal level and may spark some interests that you didn't know you had.
The BIS would still be a good choice in that you could see how technology works in a business model outside Target.
It could also provide you with a fresh perspective of using said technology at your store (ie: how it SHOULD be vs what T does).
