I would like to take the time to thank all current Target TMs, ETLs, TLs, Cashiers, etc. for working on Thanksgiving.
Some of you know I left for RadioShack a few months back. I don't regret it too much. My paychecks usually have about an extra 150 bucks on it compared to Target, working the same amount of hours.
I do however miss the simplicity of Target. I think I'd much rather put away reshop or do Ad takedown for a few hours than sit on a phone with a cell phone provider rep for a customer.
I'll also be working for 14 hours tomorrow on Black Friday. Probably would have been a little shorter at Target. More TMs usually mean more people to cover your spot after you leave. Most RadioShacks around here only have 4 to 6 employees. Mine is one of the unlucky ones with only 4. -_-
At any rate, I only have 2 more semesters of college left so maybe I won't have to work in retail for too much longer, with any luck.
