Is the word youre looking for "Recognized"?
To get more recognition/ hours / promotion opportunity you should chat with team members as often as you can, especially leadership when you're not busting your butt, or even if you are. Despite what they say, Target is a popularity contest. If you are well liked you will get recognition and move ahead. This is assuming that you don't have any major flaws in your work. Working harder and more efficiently than everyone else will get you burned out and scolded when you start to fail to meet the very high bar that you set as "normal" for yourself
