15,000 stolen ... i guess prices are going up again.

do you recognize them

San Luis Obispo police are looking for two men who allegedly stole $15,000 worth of merchandise from Target
and escaped by pushing a cart out of the emergency exit. This is the vehicle the men drove away in, police say.

Amazon has the money to implement anything, but Target doesn’t. Target can’t even afford to properly staff the stores that they are saving so much money on by using them as distribution centers, cannibalizing them in the process. Even after cutting everything possible, Spot still doesn’t have the money to beat Amazon, and has nothing left to cut except it’s own throat...🙄
I’ll give them the knife for them to.

I'm waiting for this at my store.
After our last remodel, electronics was moved to a back corner of the store RIGHT BETWEEN TWO FIRE ESCAPES.
What's worse is there's a delivery lane out back not far from the fire exits.

The entrance to my mall splits our electronics department. Seriously, the Bluetooth speakers sit on one aisle facing the mall door while the DSLR cameras, drones, and blu-ray players are on the other side.
And the AP office is on the opposite side of the store, leading to frequent 200 yard sprints when we make apprehensions.

The actual story is behind a pay wall.
to be fair.... the average Walmart is a multi million dollar business. i don't think that is crazy compensation for the person in charge of running it. work/life balance for ETLs/SDs at Target sucks, and i imagine it's much worse at Walmart

It is worse. I see my closest friend once every two months or so because he has no work/life balance. He's a Walmart manager and is pretty much married to it.
