Has anyone been running into issues where the case pack has the incorrect count? This is the second time today I have run across this issue giving us lower OH when it should be much higher.

Doesn’t matter what’s written on the box. Matters what’s in the box and that it matches the pick label. If not, that’s a mispick. If you don’t know how to fix, get with tl.
It’s technically not a mispick. It’s the correct item and the correct label. The count issue was on the DC side with an incorrectly received VCP / SSP. They thought they were sending 8 and they sent 8

I opened the case pack it was 48 dental flosses, everything is correct except for the amount that is suppose to be on the pick label. I told the team lead over that area about it but whoever goes to pull the item is not going to enter 48 they are going to enter 8.

I've seen it on the last two cases of one kind of mouthwash. And it was the same kind of error in that the label indicated fewer bottles than what was in the box, although it wasn't as big of a difference. Made me do a double-take both times because I always pay attention to the pick labels.
