Nope! All TMS are paid equal now. Even Beauty and Electronics

I just looked and no one has minimum wage over $13 so congratulations on making minimum wage.

We have regular team members at my store making more than the team leads. $19 and up. I know this because my team lead is telling several people who the people are that make more and what they make.

Yes, if you are already making more than $13 you will be getting a % increase as normal.
