Archived Is Memorial Day time and a half?

Also doesn't really matter if your a TM or TL. It's based on average hours. When I worked relatively full time I got time and a half holiday premium pay or w/e on thanksgiving as well as bonus holiday pay - as a TM. That's probably still the case.

Tm only get holiday pay for thanksgiving and Christmas. Tls get all.

So how many average hours do you need to get paid for not working Monday?

You have to be a tl or etl.

TMs at my store got it last year. They just had to be considered full time at benefits enrollment. Which basically meant average hours of 31.5

Oh. Wants to see that check so I can see if that happens. I'd love to get time and a half for having to work that day and another 8 hours just because. My average hours were more than that at benefit time.

Or Christmas for the occasional store crazy enough to work. My pricing team used to come in every year Christmas night to start the giant pricing workload in toys post Christmas

Time and a half yes, not the 8 hours of holiday pay. Unless your state has a weird rule.

Well sh*t. I didn't know that. I just switched shifts with another team member so I would work her shift Sunday and she works my Monday. The regret. 😭 😭
