So I applied to target guest service job 28days ago. When I applied I got an in person interview right away but ever since then I haven’t heard anything BUT the job status still says “in progress “ everywhere I’ve read it says it should happen in less then 2 weeks so should I follow up or just keep waiting

The person who did your interview hasn’t input you interview info and left it floating in the hiring system. I’m assuming you didn’t get the job. Their HR team should’ve noticed that by now as well.

Go apply elsewhere. Just be glad you didn't get the job here. It sucks and they are bunch of liars. Hard workers are treated like complete crap and you have kiss ass and drink the koolaid to get anywhere even then it might not happen. I know stuff like this can happen at any workplace but they notorious for it.
