hey guys! So I've been a hardlines team lead all my career. I just recently transferred stores were they just asked me to take over price change and instocks. Anyone have any tips for me? I'm super familiar with both processes and how they effect our store but I am not so sure on what routines I need to lead these team successfully. Anyone have any advice?
